Benefits:

Pure Calcium Carbonate. Birds are able to utilise the bigger pieces of shell in their gizzard for grinding food. Also an excellent source of easily digested calcium for strong egg shells and strong bones.
 

Sterilisation:

The Oyster Shell is sterilised in a drying kiln prior to processing. Random samples are taken
from each batch and sent to Hills Laboratories to be tested for Salmonella, Campylobacter and other bugs.
